It is always refreshing to travel to California in the summer and escape the heat while also visiting family and friends. I wish we could come more often, but since we have a baby that tests our patients in the car, it makes a 4 hour car ride very long. We do what we can, and chose to travel at night while she slept. Here are a few pictures from our weekend.

It's always hard to come back, but nice to be home in our own beds. Leila did great for always being on the go. We hope to come out again soon, and actually make it to the beach and play in the sand.

Family visits are so much fun!!! And I'm working on merging NorCal and SoCal so I can be included in visits.
Also, Isabella is looking so mature! I can't believe how fast kids grow up and really start to look like kids and not babies!
Come to Santa Barbara to play in the sand. We have plenty of it here and it is only 5 minutes away! We would love hanging out with your guys!
It was so nice to visit with you guys! Thanks for making the trip. Next time we'll go out there. :) Send me the pics from the weekend (Isabella with water hose). Haha!
